Who: Any Educators Rising NH chapters who would like to participate
What: End 68 Hours of Hunger Food Drive
When: March 1st-April 1st, if your chapter is participating,
Where: Your school
Why: Some children in the school system rely on school provided breakfast/lunch as their only meals each day. Over the weekend they are left to starve for 68 hours. The End 68 Hours of Hunger Program fights to provide those children with a bag food for the weekend.
How: Your Educators Rising chapter will collect food during the designated dates. On April 1st count the amount of food items collected, email Carla Frank, cfrank@sau52.org, with the total and at Spring Conference you will find out which chapter wins the special prize.

*Take photos of your chapter with the donated food for the Ed Rising website, Facebook page and Instagram page.  Let’s show others what we can do.

Please consider that these are children carrying the food home with them so it is best to provide them with lighter/smaller items, so it is easier to carry. For a list of suggested foods please visit the End 68 Hours of Hunger Website.

If your chapter is participating, email Carla Frank cfrank@sau52.org to sign up
