What is the student board? 

​The student board is made up of 6 current Educators Rising NH members. These members must be registered with state and national chapters and dues must be fully paid.

What are the responsibilities of student board members?

Student board members are required to attend monthly meetings with the state director. These meetings will be held on Zoom. Student board members will assist in planning all state events, will help set up and run state conferences and competitions, and attend special events as determined by the director.

What qualities should a student board member have?

​Student board members should be hardworking, responsible, enthusiastic, collaborative, organized, with the ability to follow through with tasks and perform some public speaking.

​What is the process for becoming a student board member?

Interested students should complete the Intent To Run for Office Form by March 10th.


*Only two students per CTE Center may run for the student board in order to increase representation throughout the state. If more than two students from a center are interested in running, teacher leaders will be responsible for deciding which two students may run. The teacher leader may independently select these students or have a chapter vote.
